Individual Coaching

Elite Mindset Package

Athletes experience a 3 month journey to truly learn how to harness the power of their mind, build resilience, cultivate confidence and become mentally tough.

Athletes learn how to effectively use performance visualization, competition routines, process-driven goals, breathwork, self-talk, mistake reset techniques, and many more tools to perform their best when it matters the most.

This package is for athletes of any sport, ages 12 and older. Sessions last 45 -60 minutes.

Elite Soccer Package

Athletes will follow the same 3 month journey in the Elite Mindset Package PLUS individualized soccer training sessions.

Soccer sessions will focus on the needs of each athlete (field player and goalkeeper sessions available) to cover the foundations for ball control, passing, shooting, catching, diving, 1v1 scenarios, and positional tactics.

This package is for soccer athletes 12 years and older. Sessions last 90 minutes: 45 minute mindset + 45 minute soccer.

Team mental training sessions can help elevate overall performance in the sports arena and strengthen interpersonal relationships within any program. Mindset tools taught in these sessions can immediately be applied to manage stressors found in competition and in life.

Athletes and coaches gain simple systems that regulate emotions and manage their mindset to unlock their best performances. Athletes and coaches will learn how to improve resiliency, perform under pressure, and cultivate confidence for their on-field play.
